General Description
IT Support Services Lead; End User Computing and Infrastructure Support, 3 Month probation period, Successful candidate will be offered full-time position after performance review. Must have supported an Enterprise IT environment and worked in a professional organization supporting VIP users. Banking / Financial Institution experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, take ownership and responsibility of all End User queries, requests, issues and problems
- Deploy, upgrade, support and troubleshoot OS and any other authorised Desktop / Mobile applications
- Escalate issues / involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible
- Deploy, upgrade, support and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, iPhones, iPad, VOIP phone and any other authorised peripheral equipment
- Managing and configuration of Symantec Backup Exec globally
- Managing and configuring the Symantec antivirus globally
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software
- Global installation, configuration and maintenance of server infrastructure including Messaging services, Domain Controller, GPO, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Print, SQL and Citrix
- Purchase, installation, configuration and support of all hosting related hardware
- Manage submission and tracking of Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Manage vendors who provide supporting services to Clermont Group
- Tracking hardware and software inventory
- Manage and maintain SAN storage globally.
- Configuration and maintenance of virtual infrastructure
- Provide user data and application recovery as and when required
Required Technology Experience
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, 2013
- Bloomberg / Reuters
- Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Mac OS X
- Cisco Call Manager / IP Phone7975
- Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012 (Including R2)
- Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013, legacy finance applications
- Apple iPhone / iPad
- Enterprise Desktops, Servers and Storage (HP / IBM / Dell / Apple)
- Cisco Switches
- Fortigate Firewall
- Forticlient VPN
- Excellent command of English required (written and spoken)
