Responsibilities
Sales Executive/Coordinator
- Identifying new business leads and aggressively developing new market
- Developing and implementing outreach plans to meet sales target and aim to secure projects with good profitability
- Representing the Company at show-rounds as and when required, and speak to walk-in and roadshow customers at events
- Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs
- Liaising with customers on technical specifications and prepare quotation as per customer’s enquiries
- Responding to customer’s enquiries, follow-up and provide solutions to clients
- Other assigned duties if necessary
Software Programmer
- Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.
- Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
- Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.
- Programs the computer by entering coded information.
- Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
- Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
- Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
- Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Sales Executive/Coordinator
- Proven sales or marketing experience
- Sales-driven & customer service oriented
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Responsible and pro-active personality
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Good follow up capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
Software Programmer
