Since 2014, clients have trusted FOMO Digital to provide various digital solutions including social media marketing, e-payment and media advertising. Our team has served clients from various industries, including SPH, Starhub, BMW, Coke-cola etc.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Processing and analyzing invoices for departments
- Liaising with suppliers & customers to check the progress of existing orders, payment & invoice
- Documenting financial transactions by entering account information
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Assisting accountant for company's financial accounting, government grant etc
- Assisting managing director and marketing director for coordinating of regional marketing events
- Managing distributor including distributors on merchandising plan, planning for marketing activities/event, spec-in & sales materials for distributors
- Other assigned duties if necessay
Qualifications
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese & English
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Responsible and pro-active personality
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Good follow up capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
