Responsibilities
The Microsoft Academy for College Hires (MACH) program is a customised learning experience designed for our newest university hires within various job families. Our 24-month program complements your role by ensuring that you receive professional development to enable you to start strong, accelerate your impact, build your network and drive a long term career at Microsoft.

As part of Microsoft HR, your work will impact the business directly in any of the following areas; HR business partner, compensation & benefits, HR operations, staffing/recruiting, leadership and/or management development, diversity & inclusion, or program management. This HR MACH role is thoughtfully designed to provide you with strategic work, exposure to company leadership, and an extended opportunity to partner with the business in shaping Microsoft’s unique culture.

Qualifications
  • Have completed or is on-track to complete a Bachelor's by the time of hire   OR   Have graduated from your full time degree program less than 12 months or 365 days prior to your Microsoft start date.
  • Have no more than 24 months combined full-time related industry experience.
  • English language verbal and written fluency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness and ability to engage proactively in continuous improvement of self and company.
  • Passion for technology and HR.
  • Ability to partner in a team-based environment to drive outcomes.
  • Interest in data driven insights to impact business results.
  • Strong cultural awareness and empathy
  • Cross-cultural collaboration and customer service proven experience is preferred.
