Responsibilities
  • The Intern will provide input into the planning for and execute on the global metals product line strategy. This includes coverage of precious, base and ferrous metals futures, options and OTC clearing products.
  • The successful candidate will help support the management and positioning of the global products and services of the Metals business line, implement a vision for product innovation, pricing, marketing, technology, and organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
  • Support the local Metals BLM to deliver competitive landscape and ecosystem updates
  • Perform data collection and analysis (quantitative and qualitative) on current metals BLM projects
  • Assist the local Metals BLM to provide support to internal and external customers’ requests for information
  • Contribute to ongoing global Metals BLM team and APAC regional project execution and reporting, with a focus on proactively tracking growth in volume and revenue, identify trends and potential threat 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor (or above) degree holder, major in engineering, finance, maths preferred
  • Good attention to detail 
  • Previous data analysis and coding experience essential, working knowledge of VBA, R, MetLab, Python 
  • Some understanding of Financial Markets and futures products, trading experience preferred
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore
