  • Prior experience with a document management system (i.e. Interwoven, iManage) or case/matter management systems (i.e. MatterSphere, MatterCentre, Visual Files, ) is an advantage.

  • A willingness to be hands on to ensure timely project completion with proficiency in prioritising tasks and  balancing workload to meet project objectives
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio or similar tools
  • Written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese language skills
  • Able to travel up to 50% (majority within China; sometimes overseas)
  • Able to work under pressure environment
  • Good communication is a must because it requires dealing with stakeholders and clients
