Responsibilities
Lendlease offers programs for graduates looking to kick start their careers in the property and infrastructure market. We are looking for graduates in our 2016 intake ranging from a wide range of disciplines within the Real Estate life cycle.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (ie. finance, accounting, economics or real estate) with a strong analytical grounding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Excellent PC skills, particularly a good working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
- Demonstrated expertise with financial analyses formulas and strong spreadsheet capabilities.
- Competent research capability utilising Internet and other information sources.
- Exceptional analytical, numerical skills and problem solving skills.
- Commercial acumen with focus on business facilitation, exemplary work ethic and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst demonstrating flexibility.
- Proactive and results driven.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think broadly across a problem and propose creative innovative solutions.
- Able to operate individually or as a group in a team working environment.
