Responsibilities
- Project managing the implementation of large scale or complicated domestic and regional cash management solutions and providing consultancy advice to clients on the legal documentation aspect across the Asia-Pacific region
- Understanding clients’ business processes and requirements to formulate sound implementation and legal documentation approach
- Working closely with the Finance Team of top tier corporate and institutional clients to deliver Payments and Cash Management solutions
- Orchestrating internal departments and working with implementation teams in different countries to ensure products and services are delivered in a consistent and coordinated manner
- Providing exceptional customer services to strengthen client relationship
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness and mitigate operational risk
Qualifications
- University graduate with a relevant business degree
- Relevant working experience in banking with strong and diverse knowledge of the Bank’s products, services, systems, procedures and operations.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Highly motivated self-starter, achievement driven, and a strong team-player
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, as is a confident, analytical and independent work-style
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required
- Knowledge on account opening and Payments and Cash Management’s legal documentation is preferred
