Responsibilities
The Guardian Health & Beauty Management Trainee Program aims to develop future leaders of the company through extensive training programs encompassing retail competencies.
As a Management Trainee, you will participate in various learning activities and on-the-job experience to learn new skills and prepare you for the role best suited for you in the areas of Operations Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Marketing.
