  • Duties may include the following:

  • Receiving and directing visitors

  • Data entry
  • Filing, and faxing
  • Managing calendars for General Manager
  • Making travel, meeting and event arrangements
  • Assist with overflow work from executive and fill in for the office receptionist as needed.
  • Preparation of meeting minutes
  • Occasionally duties during retail driven activities

Responsibilities
