Responsibilities
- Support and be actively involved in digital marketing campaigns and marketing activities in the Asia-Pacific region
- Assist in the overall operations for local and regional marketing events (e.g. seminars, exhibition) including pre-event planning, vendor and logistics management, setting up of exhibition booth etc.
- Assist in the development of marketing online and offline marketing campaign materials such as ads, eBooks, brochures, eDMs
- Support in lead generation and contact acquisition campaigns that will support Sales pipeline
- Liaise and collaborate with agency partners, regional conference organisers, internal stakeholders and corporate HQ teams
- Current & advanced student in Business Administration/Communication Studies/Marketing (Bachelor’s degree)
- Fluency in spoken and written English (spoken and written Chinese would be an added advantage)
- Good computer literacy skills (MS PowerPoint and Excel)
- Good analytical skills
- Interest in and willing to explore B2B Marketing
- Drive to follow-through on task until completion
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in team
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Can-do attitude; ready to work in a dynamic international environment
