Responsibilities
- Daily content management of Social Media platforms
- Assist the Digital Marketing team in projects mainly around performance (acquisition levers) and content creation.
- Social Content Management: Ensure quality content creation for each channel (mainly Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Weibo) and country where Accor is present in order to maximize the engagement of the audience.
- Support the Asia Pacific Social Media manager in the creation of relevant and engaging content for the region: including research, copywriting, selections and alterations of images/graphics and videos
- Support the roll out the Social Content Publishing tool in the region
- Issue regular reporting on Social performance
- Provide countries first level of support for Social Platforms matters
- Benchmark Accor Social content with competitors
Qualifications
- Microsoft Office literate: Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Photoshop is a plus
- Excellent language skills – English native speaker (another language is a plus)
- Strong usage and understanding of key social network platforms (e.g., Facebook, Weibo, Twitter, WeChat, Instagram, etc.)
